I have removed a rule breaking post.
The rules:
4. Personal attacks are prohibited.
Commonly known as flaming, personal attacks are posts that are designed to personally berate or insult another forum user. Posts of this nature are not beneficial to the community spirit that CCP promote and as such they will not be tolerated.
That said, please do apply as volunteer for YARR. They're good, and you might even make them better!

Would a forum ban on an alt account count as a bad standing? That's entirely up to CCP to decide and a question that is definitely not going to be answered on the forum.
The best thing you can do is ask CCP, by filing a support ticket under the header 'Rules & Policies' > 'Game Masters & ISD', politely explaining you might want to apply to ISD but do not know if your accounts are in good standing.
